Effluent Treatment Plant
ETP's are widely used for recycling of wastewater in industries. This type of system uses physical, chemical, biological and membrane processes. The effluent system is provided with all the requisite features that assist in acheiving zero-discharge standards laid by statutory authority.
Sewage Treatment Plant
STP's developed by us are low in cost, require less man power and are highly energy efficient and productive with the requirement of low maintenance. The recycled sewage is according to pollution state board norms and can be reused for gardening and toilet flushing purposes
Filtration Plant
Filters use sieving, adsorption, ion exchanges and other processes to remove unwanted substances from waters. Type of water filters include media filters, screen filters, disk filters, slow sand filter beds, rapid sand filters, cloth filters
Water Softener Plant
Softening of water is an ion-exchange process. It consists of passing raw water containing hardness thorugh a bed of cation resin in sodium form. The hardness ions Ca & Mg are taken up by resin and in exchnage sodium ions are relinquished from the resin. This is called the service cycle, where the hard water is being softened
RO Plant
Reverse Osmosis Plants are used to purify water with the removal of Dissolve Solids, Salts and other water based impurities that further helps in the improvement of color, taste and other water properties. It works on the principle of reverse osmosis. The RO system is provided with sediment pre-filter and an activated carbon filter as the mebranes are degraded by chlorine, bacterial attack, manganese, hydrogen sulfide and iron. Advanced RO systems are attached with water softeners
De-mineralization Plant
Raw water is passed via two small polystyrene bead filled beds. While the cations are exchanged with hydrogen ions in first bed, the anions are exchanged with hydroxyl ions, in the second one. Here, ion exchange is a rapid and reversible process in which impurity ions present in the water are replaced by ions released by an ion-exchnage resin
